Cortland Estates at TPC is a wonderful apartment community. The apartments were well-constructed and have been well-maintained. The office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful! I am happy with my decision to move here!

I love Cortland Estates at TPC. I’ve never felt more at home than anywhere I have ever lived. Close to my favorite church, the gym is spectacular, the pool is so calming. Going on my third year and hope it may continue even further past that. It’s my home ??

Cortland Estates has a great maintenance never give a problem
The supervisor 'Joe' is one of the best maintenance team leader
Hes really knowledgeable in what he does he,very respectful and patient
He and his team carries the most respectful attitude they're not disrespectful
They listen to the residents when they see you they wave at you
They really make you feel welcome here they have been
Over looked and under paid for the amount of work they put in
I believe every owner if you notice you... have good dependable hard working employees
You're want to appreciate them don't over look the and run them off
Those are the ones will have your back no matter what happens
The way this world is now days its hard to find good maintenance guys
