THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT

They are renovating all the apartments and I can say they have a big turn around from previous management I love the apartment I am moving into on Tuesday I highly recommend you to go with the leasing agent Bella she is amazing and got me into the apartment that I always wanted and the apartment is beautiful they are really doing their thing when it comes to the units and the community is beautiful and very clean

DONT DO IT

Went to view and apartment. Did not bother. grounds were littered with trash. had to literally dodge trash and debris in the road, all the way through the complex. Disappointing, lived there is high school and it was a great complex

Nice Place

Good place for the price. I have a view of the river and it’s pretty quiet. New company just bought the property so the are renovating every apartment. It’s clean and nice!

Nice Place!

Just moved in a month ago and I love it! Seems like rent prices in this town have gotten ridiculous for the average single working mom lately so I was happy to find a place that I can afford - and I got a river view......................My apartment is nice and it is very quiet here. The playground and everything seems so clean too.

My move in went very smooth, the manager took me on a tour and answered all of my questions. I moved in AND I got a free month right in time for Christmas. The... staff is great also - I lost my keys on my 3rd day here and they helped me out - no problem. I am already referring to all of my friends.

Love my new apartment!

I just recently moved here from Alabama and the staff in the leasing office really helped me a lot. Trying to get everything done via email and phone was scary but my leasing agent and the manager made my transition very easy. They even met me on a Sunday to make sure I got moved in after driving so far! I love my apartment overlooking the river and you can't find a better price anywhere else in this city - (I tried). Not the newest around but lots of space and great views.
