They did great! Maintenance came immediately . What they thought was an easy fix turned out to be an all day job. An electrician was even called. He came promptly .

New management

I enjoy being here because I am closer to my family. I've lived in Worcester my entire life. Solange is the new property manager here. She is a lovely woman and is very smart and very helpful on top of everything. I would love if the community room was back because of how much it brought people together. However I am looking forward to the warm weather and using the new set up to play bingo. Once winter is back, having a community room where we can all come together during the cold months... would make this place that much better.

Happy with new management!

My experience has been very positive. I am very happy with Solange as the property manager. She is very helpful to all the people that live here, specially because they are not used to the new changes and new management. Solange has adjusted well under these circumstances.
