Amazing Customer Service
Let’s start with I was apartment shopping all day Saturday. I came across The Amberly’s. Joni helped me with no problems. She toured me and informed me what was available and gave me next steps. I didn’t pull the trigger because I wanted an upper level unit and at the time she didn’t have one so I kept on my journey.
I went to one of their sisters properties and honestly it was nice however it was dated compared to The Amberly. They actually had an upper unit available for immediate... occupancy so I asked could I see that unit just to get a feel of how it would look. The young lady said yes however I would have to mask up as well as put booties on due to the unit being cleaned and move in ready. I said of course. Once she went in the office to get some booties someone in the office informed her that she couldn’t do it. So she relayed the info so I didn’t pull the trigger.
I called The Amberly on Monday and I spoke with Ms Erica (Site Manager) who was very pleasant. I wanted to know if she had any upper units coming up. She looked and informed me as of now no. I told her about my experience at her sister property and she asked me to give her a second to call over there and she will call me back. She called me back within 10 mins and said the Site Manager will allow me to visit the unit since it is fully ready. I was ecstatic.
I went back to the unit and viewed it. It was nice but I kept thinking about The Amberly unit. So I called once again The Amberly and asked could I view the unit one more time so I could make a decision. She said of course. I went back over and the unit was as beautiful as I remembered so now I’m stuck again. I’m thinking do I just get the lower unit or do I go to the sister property. As we were talking Ms Erica brought to my attention that she has a bigger unit available which would give me a fireplace as well as the upper plus basement. Obviously it was more but definitely a good suggestion. Long story short I ended up getting the larger unit and I’ll be moving in late January.
I will say this property gives great customer service. From Joni to Ms Erica. Joni stayed in touch with me ensuring she had all the necessary documents to process my application. My application was processed in one day!
Overall I wanted to share my experience with you because often we share the less pleasant experiences but not often enough the over and beyond experience. Kudos to you ladies please keep up the good work!!
