Overall this is a great community provided by a great staff.jist wish thr late night loudness and handicap parking was monitored better

This place is trying desperately to become a dump…and it’s well on its way. First of all the trash situation is unbelievable, I love looking out my window to see trash piled high by the compactor that works occasionally… and no one cares, the grounds and the facilities need work as in boards and trim are broken or in some state of disrepair on various facilities such as the car wash, the apartment itself was dirty when we moved in, to the point we had dust the whole place down before setting up... our furniture and stuff. Cars driving around with loud stereos at all times of night and the apartments are so poorly built that you can hear everything from your neighbors, I lived in apartments before but this is by far the most poorly run.

I am the manager and have been on a 6 week leave and will be returning by the end of the month. I have spoken to my Regional Manager concerning the trash. I would love to talk with you more about the problems that have occurred in my... absence. I am truly sorry you have had to experience the bad side. We will be making this right! The Office staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I transferred here with my job and only had a couple weeks to find a place. I’m happy with my decision.

It's a beautiful place to live with decent neighbors and very polite management. By far and improvement on the other two apartments I've lived in. However, future residents should consider checking their air vents before moving in....
