Very poor
Been living here for 2 months. The pictures above and on website is not how all apartments look. Apartments are also built poorly.
Have had the AC broken beginning of July, and just got it fixed beginning of August. Their solution was to add a small window unit which could only cool down 1 bedroom.
Had a small flood from a busted pipe that required them to do some construction that led to drywall dust all in the apartment and garage. No body cleaned up. They required to have 2 dehumidifiers... running 24 hours for weeks which doubled my electric bill for the month. They claim they cannot assist to pay a portion even though I could have turned them off and let the floor stay wet. The flood caused the floor to warp, and you call feel it at all times when walking.
Dumpsters are always full. You will be charged $50 if they find any trash even if it was caused by others. There is always trash around the dumpster so not sure if they are selectively charging people. I say that because everyone living here must already been charged multiple times because there is trash at all times lined up waiting for the dumpster to be empty out.
Office workers are unsympathetic, not understanding, and not helpful. Seems they are just there to be there. I have emailed and talked to the ladies in the office, and they are not able to give me upper managements contact.
This is my experience, just sharing what has happened to me.
