This apartment complex has spiraled into a poor money grab by current management it seems. Cheap equipment/ fixes for true issues and no communication to tenants. Amenities are neglected regularly and are often left as is in case of brokenness or stolen items.

I just moved into River Run Apartments. Great experience and very comfortable apartment. My view is amazing and the extra storage space is so great. Tiffany at the office is very helpful. The maintenance crew are very friendly. Love my apartment.

This is my eighth year at River Run (May 15, 2016 was my first day of residency). It is home. In this building alone I think there are 30 apartments. Thirty different family units, singles, doubles, plus. Thirty different life combos in progress. And for the most part we stay out of one another's way, are pretty respectful of peace and privacy, and friendly enough to greet one another with a smile and good morning when the opportunity presents. Extrapolate that across however many total... buildings times 30 apartments...it is definitely a community. I'm happy to be here.
