Gone downhill in 2024
I moved in to this complex in 2022 and it was great. However, since the beginning of 2024, the quality of management for this properly has decreased dramatically. Amenities are almost always nonfunctional. The security gate has been broken on and off for months. The front office is unable to keep the pool open or properly maintained. Management is so bad at dealing with pool noise complaints, they are threatening to shut the pool entirely rather than deal with specific residents who are noisy... after hours. Communication about issues and closures is minimal at best. I had to constantly hound the front office for my renewal at the end of my previous term, and I wish I had just moved somewhere else instead. Do not move here, you can do better for your money. Two stars because maintenance is exceptional, otherwise I’d leave one star.
