I would have stayed here indefinitely, but with 3 people and a baby we needed to move. This complex was full of wonderful neighbors that looked out for each other. The manintence crew was fast, kind, and helpful. The manager responded quickly to any needs or concerns we had. The property was in great condition and only needed one maintenance call in 3 years. I loved the location on cambell creek trail! Wonderful evening walks! I will always look back and smile because of creekside terrace.

My Husband and I lived here for year before having our daughter and staying through our second year.
Renting here is wonderful! Even though you're in midtown which was nice because we were close to pretty much any shopping, highway access, restaurants, doctors offices, schools, etc. it was also really nice to be so close to the Campbell Greenbelt park which IS your backyard. Being right on the major trail system that was perfect for daily walks, bike rides, cross country skiing, fishing, parks... , tubing and the wildlife. It made it feel like we lived closer to hillside rather than in the middle of busy Anchorage.
Before renting here we rented for a year in another one the apartment buildings managed by the same people (Erika is wonderful) and loved it! We just needed more space and the 1300 sq ft, 2 bedroom apartments at Creekside were perfect for a newly married couple with a little one. I was afraid at first that having a baby in the apartment building would make out neighbors miserable but we were always surrounded by young families and babies and never heard a peep. The buildings are secured and maintenance is friendly and quick to respond.
The payment portal was really nice to set up auto payments and stay on track. They even offered discounts by paying early of via bank payment which was nice.
Overall great experience. My only draw back was wishing it had better curb appeal. The outside looked like another warehouse sitting next to the Sears warehouse while the insides were very well kept and updated whenever possible.

Creekside Terrace is a wonderful place to rent an apartment. The area is safe and is in a central part of Anchorage, a short drive to Dimond Center, C st, and the New Seward. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Erika is great to work with, you can tell she really cares about the apartment and its tenants. I found we could get more square footage, and a more open layout, for the price than most apartment complexes in Anchorage. Overall this is a very safe, clean, quiet, quality place to rent. ... I highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

I had a great experience when working with, Erika. Our landlord here she is very patient and understanding to situations that arise out of our control. My last landlord would show up in announced and invade my private space. Erika has worked with me and the tenants here (there are a lot of them) are very respectful of each other's space and acknowledge each other when passing by. Very nice small community here, and I will say you can't beat looking forward to coming home. Thank you for the... positive year experience. I strongly recommend these apartments to tentative renters unsure where to stay. Aside from the landlord, when I had friends over they would all awe at the spiral staircase, and tall ceilings. With a great view out from our window it was a pleasant place to be. Only adjustment I would request is updated kitchen countertops and cabinets. I had nothing in common with the review beneath me.

Owner won't maintain anything. Rent is overpriced. And you wont ever see your deposit back. They actually had tried to clean carpet that was so rotten it was bare in places. They only replaced it because no one would rent the apartment after seeing that.

We maintain our units very well. We have the carpets professionally cleaned each time a tenant moves out. Any carpets that are below quality, we do change them. We maintain a mostly full building where we have 40 units. These units rent quickly and... when I give tenants the keys, they are very happy with what they see. We have hired new maintenance men, and they produce a high quality apartment that use to not be the case when I first began to manage Creekside. However, since I have been here, the quality has greatly improved.
