Don’t move here

Roaches also live here. I had a bad skin reaction all over from the mold. My child had trouble breathing and kept coughing because of the mold. After moving out, we are fine and roach free. Quiet area though

Great place to live !!

The staff is very friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth process. They fix things in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a quite place to live with friendly neighbors I completely recommend you check out this place!

New Owners/Management Now a great place to live!

We moved in under the old management/owner and the old reviews were accurate. BUT!!! The new owners/management are renovating the apartments and they look so nice. Lawn maintenance and pest control are done on a schedule now. Maintenance is great. Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. The manager is great! New washers and dryers in our laundry room. The pool is kept up. It is now a very pleasant place to come home to and call home! It is very quiet for an apartment complex. We have... been here right at 2 years and the difference of when we moved in and now is night and day. They continue to improve the complex. It takes time when the previous owner didn't take great care but the new owners have made huge steps and continue to do so. Add in how quite the area is and how close we are to shopping, dining and entertainment it is a win win to live here. We have no thoughts of moving. We are that happy here. Come take a look then move in...you will be glad you did!

Lively and Fun Place to Reside

Came to Alabama 7 months ago from Colorado alone, found this apartment, and it was like getting whole new family, from the residents, maintenance worker, to the owner and not to mention the sweet sweet lease lady made it feel like home. So if you looking for an apartment with Southen Family Hospitality try Coleman Place in Anniston Alabama.

The apartments have new floors, paint and appliances, not to mention the nice pool to cool down. Another big amenity is having a close drive to the...
Oxford Exchange, downtown Anniston and various restaurants including fast food.

very well maintained

We have new owners who have taken a complete turnaround on our apartments..grass is well taken care of, apartments are being renovated, and anything Ive asked for has been addressed...a pleasant atmosphere to live in...very friendly ...you will enjoy this place!!
