Poor management good facility

Hi. I lived in this apartments 1 year. During this one year me with my family lived in two different apartment. when i was almost to quit my lease with this property they sent me letter that they found some bedbugs in our apartment and we need remediate apartment or we need pay for this service. Next day i went to lease office and i asked another inspection with my participation. so they did another inspection and their unprofessional inspector blamed on me that there was bedbugs and you did... some affords to clean up it. And shortly management put $3500 remediation fee on my account. they insisted that you have bedbug in your apartment and you have to pay this amount. so i invited two different pest control companies and both of this companies gave me letters that there was not any bedbugs, even not past activity in this apartment. with these two reports and after contacting regional manager with these reports they finally sent their unprofessional bedbug inspector to check our apartment again and this time they finally accepted that there was not any bedbug activity in our apartment and management removed that charge from my account.
So on this story most heartbreaking part for me was manager of this property. She was insisting that you have bedbug in your apartment, and after these all she even never tried to apologize for her fault. So be careful from management, but other stuff are friendly and more helpful.

We never had the opportunity to live there!!!

Good afternoon, dear quartile applicants. I want to tell you my sad story about LandMark Apartments. About two weeks ago we arrived at this complex to rent an apartment. Shantelya's manager assured us that there are guaranteed free apartments on July 23rd. We paid a deposit of $ 150 and signed an agreement and calmly drove home.Today we received a call from the manager of Shantalya, who said that the apartment is not being released on July 23, but on August 8. We were shocked because these days... my baby's birth is planned and we stay on the street! Our apartment where we live is now rented out by the next buyer.
It turns out we lost a lot of time waiting for these apartments and we were deceived by the date and money. Today we arrived to return our deposit. The manager refused to return our money. And to the question, Why is there no apartment left for our date? The manager replied that she did not promise us anything. We do not have confidence in this agency because they are deceiving customers. Because of them, I will give birth on the street.

Not what it seems - rent elsewhere

I was so excited to move into this complex. Upon moving in, I realized that the construction was cheap and rushed. My apartment which was just completely redone had cracks/holes in the door, busted dryer, no screens on my windows, paint splatters everywhere, dead bugs in the light fixtures, dents and marks on the walls; it was not the same standard as the model they showed me. I was also misinformed by the woman who showed me the apartment - so TRIPLE check all the info they give you and get it... in writing. I am currently still living here until my lease is up, after several maintenance requests and follow-ups, I still have the busted dryer and hole in my door. Also if I want screens on my window - I was told I would have to pay for them (not a deposit, I would literally have to invest my money in the development of their property). Now I have just gotten a notice regarding an almost $80.00 increase in my rent per month, if I choose to renew. I am most certainly not renewing and have already found a better complex for a much better price nearby. This place is overpriced for the "service" you get. There are far better places that offer more value for your money. I would not suggest renting here. Side note: the walls are disturbingly thin - I can literally hear my neighbor's phone conversations, word for word.

Not the old BroadWalk anymore

anyone who remembrs the old property will be surprsied by the changes. Such frendly staff now work there and the apartments looks really good. The gates now work and they replaced all the apartments with new renovated ones and they added a dog park and fire place and grills. It looks so good my boyfriend and I can't wait to move in in August. It costs a lot more than it sued to but is worht it it looks sogood.

Love my new apartment!

I just moved into Landmark a few months ago and I love it! The place just went through a renovation so everything in my apartment is new: appliances, flooring, counter tops, etc. The move in went very well. Everything was clean and the staff was organized and pleasant - I even had a little welcome basket on my counter! :) The clubhouse is open 24/7 where there is a gym, computer room and game room that residents have access to. Very convenient since I work 9-5. I can't wait until it gets warmer... out and I can lay out by the pool - huge pool with tons of chairs! So far it's been a great experience and I love my home.
