They never answer my emails it takes them weeks to respond and it’s the same blurb, 8th floor smells like urine for the past 3 months, neighbor has been smoking weed and I smell it in the vents, loud music every other day.

The apartments are really spacious and updated and the move in process is really smooth. The building is old but it is definitely well taken care of and the staff is quick to answer questions or review maintenance requests.

Potomac towers has been an amazing place to live with great amenities and great staff who work to keep the place clean. It's in a great location as well, far enough removed from the noise but close enough walk to the metro.

Potomac Towers is very well maintained, clean, friendly staff and great lighting in the hallways and common areas. Great value for the apartment, including a beautiful pool and two fitness area. Location wise, it is a close walk to trails and the downtown area. Overall, just a safe place and quiet area.
