I have never felt more at home than in the Huntington at King Farm community. I love my apartment and the grounds are always well cared for. Maintenance issues, while rare, are handled promptly, professionally, and properly. Thank you!

This is a great community. It is quiet. The ground are well maintained. The staff is very responsive and the maintenance crew are great and leave my apartment clean after completing any work.

Everything is low end except the price. Terrible noise, poor grounds maintenance. 3-level townhouse with only bathrooms on 3rd level. HVAC system awful - lower level cannot be used during cold weather, and top floor uncomfortable in hot weather. Absolutely no value for $.

Incredibly noisy because of proximity to Frederick Road. Grounds are poorly maintained. Everything in townhouses is low end - HVAC, appliances, layout, etc. - yet the price is high end :(.
