Great Property!!!

I moved here in 2020 for my first apartment on my own and I loved it! Management was great and always responsive. Maintenance was also very helpful when I did put in a service request. Never had any problems with neighbors or visitors. The move out process was very smooth sailing as well. I didn't get overcharged for any damages or cleanings which was awesome! Great experience over all!

Apartment was loaded with Black Mold

Quiet apartments however my bathroom had a black mold problem that was painted over prior to me moving in. Kept getting sick.

Good place to live

I have lived here since july of this year and I have found that the staff and management are very good about fixing things and if I have a pest problem they continue to spray my unit until I no longer have a problem. Very good quiet place to live.

Dogwood lake apartments

Dogwood lake apts are decent apts.
They are in a relatively safe area and close to many businesses. Quality and price are good. I'm a single mom, in school full time and work part time and the apt and utilities are affordable.
The complex has a small gym, a community room and a pool. All are decent. The caliber of people I've seen living around me are average and normal. Haven't seen any drama or fights or anything that would concern me.
Management is decent and cares about your problems and...
takes care of them relatively quickly.
I like living here. I would recommend it to a friend.
