Friendly staff

They have really improved the grounds , the apartments. They are very nice when you go in office. Really keeping riff raff out of complex. It’s awesome!!

Great job taking care of residents

They are awesome taking care of the residents and any issues we have great place to live and enjoy pool and workout room. Love the office staff very friendly and helpful and all staff

New Management Raised Rent Twice in 6 months?

TL;DR - Was great when we moved in several years ago. Sux today.

We've lived here for several years now. In that time, there have been several turn overs in the management team. The new owners are making this place undesirable. Our rent has gone up more than 25% in the last 7 months. Amenities that used to be included are now being charged for raising the cost even higher. On top of all that, the whole place now smells like dog poop. We're looking to move ASAP. For the cost they are... charging for less than 850 sq. feet, I can buy a pretty nice place in Jacksonville or even Cabot if we want to stay in a smaller place. We're moving as soon as we can find the right place.

We have been thrilled to provide renovated interiors, an off-leash dog park, upgraded pool deck, grilling stations, outdoor lounge spaces and so much more. The Avenue is Home

From a virtual tour with Abbi to any maintenance issue. The staff here at the avenue is top tier. We love our spacious three bedroom apartment. Its the perfect size for our family. You wont regret coming to the avenue. renovations being done annnd a screen in porch! The avenue for the win!

Wow! a company that cares

I have live in this complex over 10 years. I have seen many company and managerial changes. When this Avenue bought the complex changes began right away. The landscaping they put in really lifted the appearance of the area. Next they made an ordinary pool look like a spa pool. Many changes to come. I have a screened in porch. Never seen that before. The management has little get togethers throughout the year to bring a true community feeling. The office staff bend over backwards to help... you in any area of the apartments. Maintenance is outstanding. The main maintenance man is young, but he knows so many things and problems are resolved right away.. This company cares about their tenants. I have never experienced this i any other place I have lived. I highly recommend moving here.
