I applied here and was denied because my guarantor didn't have current rental history (elderly aunt that lives with my mom for years). Even though she made 5x the rent. They don't work with you .

I applied here and was denied on a Tuesday (they say it’s not denied but you need a guarantor that makes 5x the rent) which I had someone but that screamed red flag!. They told me I had to wait for my $400 to be mailed back Friday! I didn’t mail my $400 in so I shouldn’t have to have it mailed back! I asked for the address to pick up my money, they purposely waited until after 5pm to send me the address knowing the office wouldn’t be open again until Monday! They were responding promptly until... they denied me then they started taking forever to respond about my refund! I’m glad they denied me because these apartments give janky!
