Horrible New Management; Not Luxury
New management came in 2021 and literally put a new coat of paint on the exterior and now are charging rediculous prices. They never maintain the property correctly and there is animal urine and waste all around on the walkways. The pool is chronically closed for repair but nothing is fixed. Leasing is aweful to work with and existing residents are leaving in droves. Avoid this complex at all costs or expect a terrible experience and your rent to be raised by hundreds of dollars (most getting... $400 raises). Most google reviews are fake or old reviews when the complex was nice. Don’t rely on any of them.
