It's been a great experience living here, it's close to everything and it's quiet. The front office is fantastic and they go above and beyond for their residents.

This is a really nice complex with nice amenities. Overall the staff are very nice. The apartments themselves are nice except the exterior doors especially since they are exposed to the outdoors. They let in the slightest noise, are not airtight, and are not very secure. The biggest disappointment is the lack of loyalty to current residents. Shameful to raise the rent on current residents. Rent should stay the same and not be raised for residents willing to renew their lease.

Seeing my first Flagstaff snow fall was so exciting ! ReNew Flagstaff East looked beautiful covered in snow, and now with the Holidays here people are starting to put up their decorations . . . It puts you in a festive mood ??

Complex is quiet yet close to everything in Flagstaff. Amenities are amazing for the rent paid. The apartments feel so cozy and homey, and the staff are awesome in making it feel that way.
