The people here have always been incredibly nice and accommodating! I’ve really enjoyed my time living here with the amenities, the area, all of that, but we’ve had a lot of issues requiring maintenance requests. Maintenance has always been as timely as possible, but the amount of work orders we had to put in felt excessive.

I have enjoyed this community. They are good with communication and will work with you to solve problems as quickly as possible. I will say we have had some significant maintenance issues while living here but maintenance handled them as fast as possible.

Absolutely love the management team and maintenance very helpful very understanding very professional very polite. The property is always clean dimensions always respond fast same thing Alina and Nancy in the office are absolutely amazing

Renew East is a nice complex. The staff are friendly and the maintenance people keep the common areas nice. It has a nice pool and fitness center. Maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner. The apartments have nice closets in them and having a washer and dryer in the unit is a major plus. I would recommend these apartments.

So far, so good. Neighbors are mostly quiet and conscientious. One neighbor had dogs that go bananas whenever you walk by the building and their owner isn't around, but it's not happening at unreasonable hours so it's really not too bad. Amenities are nice and well maintained, and I enjoy the proximity of FACE and the gas station, plus being removed from most of the city is cool. I don't mind the drive to the store, and I definitely appreciate the access to the natural environment and how quiet... it is around the complex.
