New manager is not helping at all, we ask her for different stuff always late, never smile. But the previous manager (Kelly) was amzing nice, fast and helpful.

I have lived at Pusch Ridge for 5 years because they are so quiet and peaceful (very little noise from adjoining apartments). They have plush carpets and nice new appliances. I had the option of having one wall painted. It really brings in the comfort of a home into my apartment. The neighbors are really friendly. Lots of people walk each morning. also if you love animals, they are very pet friendly here. The staff is very respectful upon entering my apartment. As I have a cat and they are... cautious of Koko. All the staff here are always helpful. Anytime I've had to call them they have came to my rescue very promptly. The layout of this apartment complex is very unique No apartment looks directly into one another and you are still able to keep your privacy. I would recommend you come and check out Pusch Ridge Apartment Homes and talk with Loni or Sergio.

I have explored living in several separate apartments in the Oro Valley Area, three of them in the last five years have been located at Pusch Ridge Apartments. I am what many people call a “frequent mover” because I feel like a person (especially one in her 70s) should take pride in the place where she calls home. After personally vetting several apartment areas, I can say with confidence that Pusch Ridge is ideal.
For someone like me who has a bit of difficulty climbing stairs, Pusch Ridge has... many ground floor units with a variety of scenery. I have lived in units near the main office/pool area (which is rarely occupied and typically quiet), on the edge of the property facing the canyon (more of a wilderness feel), and currently live near the on-site dog park and children’s play area. Each of the units were quite spacious and in spite of the variety of locations, each of them were very quiet.
What I think really sets this apartment community apart from others are the service and amenities Pusch Ridge Apartments offers. The staff is truly helpful and accommodating. For example, I am very particular with the way I like my appliances to be. I found the locking feature on my washer to be irritating and with one conversation to the staff, a new washer more suitable to my needs is already on its way. The grounds are very well maintained and cleaned out weekly, providing a neat and tidy look to the community. Parking is included and comes with covered area (important because of that Tucson sun). The staff has always given me parking immediately accessible from my unit which is a huge plus!
In this day and age, security is also an important feature to consider in selecting a new apartment. Pusch Ridge has password protected gate systems which keep solicitors out and allow visitors conveniently in. There is also ample parking for multiple visitors even on busy holidays (my extended family had no issue finding parking steps away from my unit for christmas). Each renter gets a remote gate-opener which is very convenient. I feel truly secure in my home and am confident that the things I store on the two patios included with my unit are safe.
Altogether, I am very happy with my experience.

Pusch Ridge Apartments is a great place to live. Its a quiet neighborhood but the people who live in the area have interesting stories and are friendly. The apartments are in great shape. The staff is always willing to help you no matter what your issue is. Lastly, the drive out of the complex faces the mountain ranges. That view is always breath taking.
