No Complaints During my residency at Camelback, I can honestly say that I did not encounter any major problems. Any concerns I had were usually addressed quickly and efficiently. It was overall a great place to live, conveniently located and nicely maintained.

My Time at Biltmore My residency at Biltmore at Camelback was a pleasant experience. Any concerns I had, and there weren't many, were always addressed promptly.

Both the maintenance and office staff were always professional and respectful of the tenants.

Also, I really appreciated the community events the staff offered every month. It was a great way to meet my neighbors and stayed connected to the community.

Parking and deliveries are a problem

I've been here about 6 months and the other reviews saying parking is a nightmare is putting it nicely. The real problem is if you get ANYTHING delivered (Amazon, walmart, door dash etc)it is a roll of the dice if they will deliver it because the complex makes it impossible for the delivery to get to you. No way to let people in remotely. I've had at least a dozen deliveries by Amazon delayed because they couldn't get in. Management is a nightmare they take ages to get back to you and the girl... that's the assistant manager and manager are pretty unprofessional and rude.
I wouldn't recommend at all. There are plenty of other options that are much more lux and convenient.
