Great Property Totally Recommend

Great Experience !

During my time of apartment hunting I met Monica . She made my experience at the Capri apartments a memorable one. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

If I could leave 0 stars I would

- The main issue is the laundry. Not only is it outside the apartment, but it's constantly breaking down. We’ve wasted time and money that we never got back. You have to search for a machine that works, and when you come back thinking your clothes are done, you find out it stopped working, so you have to pay again and wait even longer. The same thing happens with the dryer.

- Another issue is security. We live near the parking lot and see... homeless people all the time, one time we saw a homeless sleeping just a few feet from our door. We’re also close to the dumpster, and we constantly see non-residents in their trucks coming to dump their trash. Also, we see the police and fire trucks here all the time.

- Service requests take forever—weeks, sometimes—to get resolved.

- The utility costs are way too high. I get that it's split by the building, but it’s still a lot compared to other places. And on top of that, we can’t control the air conditioning. Our apartment is way too hot to be paying over $100 a month.

- We’re on the ground floor with a big patio, but instead of being a plus, it’s a pain. People living above us keep throwing down their trash and their pets’ waste. It smells terrible all the time.

- There’s no covered parking, and if you want it, $50 a month is ridiculous when it’s included at other places.
