Roaches

Complex has serious roach problem that does not get dealt with properly

At your own risk

You will assume all risk by choosing to live here. This apartment complex contends with ROACHES, rampant car break ins, homeless people jumping over the wall next to the canal walking through and most dangerously shootings EVERYDAY. If you tire right now tell them to take you in the back where the ground is littered with shell casings. The office manager is terrible as they have not even pretended to resolve basic security issues. The common response to car theft is call the police. That’s not... preventing the act. You will have roaches it’s not a matter of if our cleanliness. The apartment complex as a whole has roaches and the battle will be tough. But the most troubling issue is lack of security where you have shootings throughout the day.
