Citrine Apartments

I'm really surprised that a community of this size isn't more closely monitored by management, and that we don't receive regular communication besides announcements of office hours/closures and food trucks. I have had to call the security vendor numerous times for after hours noise. I live on the lap pool and it's party time on the weekends during the summer with loud, drunk people and music. As well, the apartments themselves are poorly constructed and you can hear neighbors having basic... conversations, open and closing doors, drawers, flushing toilets, etc. A very noisy living environment, particularly in my location. I have never lived in such an amazing apartment complex/neighborhood. My friend actually just moved in after touring because she loved it just as much as I do!

I have always thought the maintenance crew and office staff are incredible at this community. Five star all the way! Their kindness stands out above all others.

I loved living at Citrine but I am disappointed about the increase in rent. I had lived there for almost 3 years and felt like in the end the company would rather have me leave than try to work out a new lease agreement.

You cannot beat the location & I Iove my floorplan! I would just warn them about the cleanliness and poor condition of some of the amenities.
