I loved my stay here its the only place I lived in AZ I have no complaints except for parking and rent increasing ,but staff have been great in my book will miss these apartments lots of good memories!!!

This place is unsafe and the management is a joke. There’s rampant construction consistently and you will never have peace and quiet. One star.

Please have your new manager and leasing assistants introduce themselves to the community. We were unaware the leadership had changed . They lock the door when they are sitting in the office so residents cannot come in

Cortland Red Mountain has exceeded my expectation in apartment communities. The amenities are nice, clean, and well serviced. I love the apartment lay outs and how quiet the area is. Staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I have!
