Worst experience since living in AZ

Stay far away from Parq at East Arcadia unless you are okay with maintenance requests that take 3 months, a pool that is never open, kids that are absolutely terrible, a non functioning gym, dog poop everywhere, a gate that does not work, car break-ins, and balcony violations ($25-$75) for small things

It is hard to see this feedback about our community, and I am dissapointed that you have not had the experience you had hoped for while living here. We aim for 5-star service, and it is very upsetting to hear that we have let you down. I apologize... for the delay in maintenance requests along with the other issues you addressed. These do not sound like the ideal living situations that we strive to provide, and I am sorry for that. I would like the chance to speak with you about your concerns. If you're willing, please reach out at your convenience. Thank you, Anali - Community Manager - 602.354.5936

I would NOT recommend Parq

I would not recommend moving to Parq At East Arcadia as it has truly been the worst apartment experience I have had since moving to Arizona. This post will be long but if you’re thinking of moving here this is genuine experiences so feel free to read.

Water is shut off atleast 1x a week and sometimes THEY WONT TELL YOU TILL ITS OFF. On top of that, their “boilers” which heat up the water for you will randomly stop working atleast 1x a week causing you to only have cold water until they are able...
to “repair” the boilers again which then stop working the next week. It’s a never ending cycle at this point.

We have had people stealing equipment from the gym leaving only the 40/50s lbs dumbbells in the gym and the apartments won’t put new ones in. Kids will go hangout in the gym and you’ll find trash, weights, elastic bands, etc etc thrown all throughout the gym looking like a mess.

We had our bikes locked up at the bike racks in front of our apartment and someone cut the lock and stole my mountain bike. Thankfully it was not an expensive one but shows you can not leave things unattended even in a gated community.

Speaking of the gate, IT NEVER WORKS. Both gates are WIDE OPEN 24/7 so you might as well just not have them.
Because of this, I have seen transients in the parking lots looking into car windows (can only assume up to no good).

The internet that “comes with the apartment” is old and outdated so we had to go to Cox in order to get a whole new modem which we pay them $15/month on top of the $70/month the apartments charge for the internet that does not actually work in the units.
We had a plumbing leak which we fixed ourselves but the service team was actually quick to respond to that one and the kid was nice.
Our apartment never came with a screen door to the patio and we are right in front of the dog park… so flys can be a thing. Maintenance came to take measurements and said they would be coming back - that was in November and it’s now February.

I have always tried to be patient with the apartments BEFORE ever submitting a bad review but all the leasing office EVER has to say is “I’m sorry”. Quite frustrating dealing with all of this (and I’m sure more that I’m forgetting) when you pay such a high price to live here. ALL of this stated above HAS been brought to their attention already with no change

This is certainly not the accommodating living space we expect for our residents and I sincerely apologize for the water, internet, and other issues you've experienced in our community. I am very concerned to see all this feedback and that it hasn't... been properly addressed by our team. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I'd like to speak with you directly about your experience now. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience.

Do not move here!

Do not move here! The water is shut off 1-2 times a week for hours due to “repairs” often without 24 hours notice (most of the time you get an email the water will be shut off after it’s already been shut off). Apartments are always flooding due to all of their plumbing issues. There’s a bad roach problem here (we’ve had several in our apartment). No one cleans up after their dogs. The kids here go into the gym and mess with the equipment (running on the treadmill at max spread, hanging off the... smith machines etc). The police are here all the time (there was a shooting here over the summer). The front gates don’t work (they’re supposed to close everyday after the office leaves but they haven’t for the past 4-5 months). The dog park is constantly flooded because they have sprinkler issues. Don’t let the “nice renovated” apartments and common areas fool you.

Great Place

Moved in during renovations to the property. You can tell that they're working on upgrades throughout. While there are some inconveniences with moving to an older place, the staff at Parq at East Arcadia does a great job. Maintenance is attentive and is quick to jump on work orders, the leasing staff is beyond friendly and communicative. It's the people working here that make this place 5 stars. Hard to beat the price with the location too. Haven't had any issues with pests.
