Don’t be like me
Just look somewhere else because they will not attend to any of your maintenance req no matter how important they are. I wrote a rev about having to throw my clothes away due to their broken dryer (I did multiple maint Req and they kept marking them done) & the owner said to reach out to them. It’s been over a week and still nothing. Definitely reconsidering renewing my lease here.
