Don't waist your time.
Don't waist your time on this place! They just want to take your money and offer broken promises. My wife and I applied for a two bedroom apartment at this community. We put in 400+ plus dollars to apply and put a holding deposit, we were told we were approved. My wife mentioned that I was out of state and we were ensured that it would be fine, so they set up a meeting to finish filling out paperwork on 08/31, she had to take off of work early to make the appointment which we really couldn't... afford because were moving from out of state. She gets there and they tell her, oh no she has to fill out this paperwork on zoom and send it back we have to reschedule the meeting. They rescheduled the meeting to 9/5/23, we followed all directions printed out the paperwork and prepared for the meeting. My wife has to take off early again for the meeting, only to tell her that now we don't qualify and the meeting cannot be done over video nor could the lease be e-signed, which knowing the property management industry I know this to be false. My wife is the sole provider for my family and I am a stay at home mom for our special needs daughter we had hope that we would finally find affordable housing and instead got scammed out of money we didn't have to spare, which they said has to be mailed back in a hard check and can take up to 15 days. I only have till the end of this month to stay in my current apartment. I hope they sleep well at night knowing that their lack of communication and organization is causing families distress. I hope your client and RM/ asset director read your reviews, it's a shame that a brand new lease up is being represented in such a way.
