Careful
New leasing company employed recently due to a sale of the property. They raised by rent by 12% overall year over year. Just launched new smart home features that were not needed and are charging new tenants $35 for them (door lock, thermostat and water leak devices. Signs not clear on usage of pool area. Had to call the police recently as someone was out there on a cell phone using vulgar language and loud. Told management and all they did was send an email the next day to all residents... saying "pool hours are...." instead of explaining the whole area is to be shut down to tenants after 10pm. Lights around pool were always shut down at 10 by previous management but not this group. They can't figure out how to turn them off. Lights on all night and come into our window as we are right next to the pool. Amenity charge each month and security gates are not working more than they are working. Do your homework before renting here. They don't listen to their tenants concerns - especially the one's that have been here since they opened - like us!
