DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Resident of 3 years, and I can’t move out quick enough. Management is TERRIBLE. The property is dirty—no one picks up after their dogs, residents consistently litter, there are stray cats everywhere. They enter your unit multiple times a year calling it an “annual inspection” every time though they do these at least 3-4 times a year. There is no enforcement of the rules to keep the amenities clean. The water is terrible—hard water that will stain your dishes, mess up your hair, and grows mold so... quickly. Overall, this property and its management has declined in value over the last 12-18 months. I would never sign another lease here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE *FORMER RESIDENT*

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The pictures they have on the website and what they show you for tours is not what you're getting when you move in. Things are run down and on the verge of breaking. Management is the biggest joke too. We lived here for a year and so many things broke on their own just from the place being trash. Multiple occasions where we put in maintenance requests and nobody ever showed up. Even after multiple phone calls finally someone would come and not fix the problem. The appliances... are so run down they break every time you turn around. Fridge was always going out, dishwasher was always breaking...so many more problems. Then when my roommates and I moved out at the end of our lease, we got charged almost $800 in cleaning fees when we made that place near perfect (as "perfect" as it was when we moved in) when we left. The place was already falling apart so its baffling that we got charged all this money for an already awful place. To make it even better management never sent us a statement for what we owed after move out, and then one day we get a DEBT COLLECTORS notice saying we owe all this money. Why did we not get send any statement before it got sent to a debt collector? RIDICULOUS. This place is not worth it.

Proceed with Caution

Everything started out great! The tour was good, Bri was wonderful. Then I wanted to apply. Bri sent me an email with the link to apply for the unit. It brought me to an error page. When I let her know, she offered to send me paper applications to complete. I completed and sent them back, along with a couple of questions I had.

I heard nothing back so I decided to go back to the property to see if I could find out the next steps in the process. Bri told me to just apply online for any apartment...
and everything will be modified when submitted. She did let me know that the website was working again and that she'd resend me the link to apply. She never did. I completed the application to apply for any apartment and paid the fees online. I was waiting for my roommate to complete his. Thankfully he never did.

After a day of consideration and digging into the reviews here and on other sites, I decided to withdraw my application. I called and nobody answered. I called again hours later and nobody answered. I went back to the property and asked Bri to withdraw my application and she asked me, "So you don't want to move forward?" No. I don't. She said that she'd withdraw it. I asked her about the funds that I had paid and if/when those would be refunded. She said that they would be refunded. I asked her if she was going to process the withdraw and refund at that time. She told me that she wasn't able to, that she had to get with her manager first. But assured me that it would get done.

It has been days now and I have not heard back from anyone at this property. Nor have I received any refund or notification that my application has been withdrawn. I tried to call again, but of course, nobody answered. I left a voicemail asking for the manager to call me or send me an email. Nothing. I'm grateful, that the management staff showed their true colors before I ever signed a lease there.

If you do decide to rent there, ask a lot of questions and try to contact them before actually signing a lease.

RUN RUN RUN

RUN. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THERE'S A REASON THEY'RE LURING PEOPLE IN WITH MOVE IN SPECIALS.

The worst experience I've ever had when dealing with property management. DAY 1: I had to break in to my unit through the glass door because property management decided to have the day off to watch the World Cup instead of helping us on our move in day. We had already signed the lease earlier that week. They lied to me about not being there (I have emails confirming all of this), saying that I must have...
missed them (I got there before the office opened and waited over an hour-- no one was there that day). I tried to give living here a chance for months after, but maintenance doesn't get around to fixing anything, and the office is awful at responding to emails or picking up the phone.

Our 17 year old A/C unit broke during the hottest part of the summer, emitting TOXIC FUMES (smelt like burning plastic). We had to call the fire department twice, and it took almost a month to get a new A/C unit. Management walked into our home when it was 93 degrees, looked at me while I was sitting on the couch with an ice pack on my head, and went "It feels fine". Never in my life have I ever felt more gaslit by property management in my life. We had to spend 4 separate nights in hotels (to which they did credit towards our rent). I also had A/C drainage spilling into my shower from the ceiling for over a month-- disgusting. When they finally replaced the A/C unit, they didn't give us any notice! They knocked on the door with a new unit and told us they'd be working inside our home for 5-6 hours. Not giving any notice to tenants for a job that big is literally a form of harassment. There is so much more that I can say about this whole ordeal, but honestly it's too much to get into.

WE TRIED to get out of our lease without penalty. They have told us that we can leave if we pay $5600. The fact that we are being forced to live here financially because we signed a lease is INSANE considering they haven't upheld the standard they outline in that same lease.

Management as well as leasing agents have had a high turn over rate over the time we've lived here (7 months). They will claim to have gotten better, but they haven't.

The property management team LIES and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. They attempted to make up for our experience with reduced rent for 1 month, but all we want is to leave. RUN RUN RUN RUN.

Need a new staff

Unpleasant experience with all the ladies at the office. Inexperienced with handling issue, lazy, don’t answer phone when they are just sitting around the office. Not interested in your concerns and very unreliable.

Huge spike in rent and big big issues coming from their pipes . Definitely not worth the price. Will not be renewing my lease. Recommend potential tenants to read the reviews before moving in. Actually google their property and see reviews from tenants living here.
