DO NOT LIVE HERE

I had to move in as a last resort and I regret it every single day. Roaches everywhere! In every single crevice of this place. They bring companies to spray and a couple days later the roaches are out again. Or the alternative, you politely give the woman your schedule for work as you work from home and she says, “sure I’ll let the company know to stop by at so and so time”. But the company still shows up at whatever time they want and I was charged for them not doing anything cause I refused... to leave or lose my job. Management is the worst here! No help at all!

Terrible

This is the worst place to pick! They have no maintaince and they always leave the laundry rooms locked so residents can't do laundry. Drug addicts everywhere and shooting everynight. The office staff does not care about the property or the residents and their needs. The place is infested with bugs and the property has trash everywhere! TRUST me on this one. They increase rent without notice and just started submetering as a way to get more money from residents. I don't know how this complex is... open still. Many murders on this property! I would never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy

Apartments are infested, landlord won't pay for exterminator.

Since I moved in, I have had issues with pests. Apartment complex has started charging for pest control despite pest control being ineffective. I've had my car broken into twice, and my apartment was flooded with raw sewage. Homeless people camp out near the dumpster. I've also had my laundry stolen multiple times.

Gate does not work

Gate does not work, random people get inside the premises, it makes you feel uncomfortable.
Also they REALLY need to clean up the mess in the back area, it's been a long time since they clean up tree debris.
Previous administration kept it cleaned.
