Cortland SunRiver is a community of attractive apartments. These buildings are well maintained and we are happy to drive into our parking spot. We are happy to go out on our "porch" to check the weather, or take a seat and breath in the evening air. We are blessed!

Lucas & Nicole who manage Cortland Sun River are top-notch professionals who are caring and understanding. They are super friendly and set the right vibe for the Cortland Sun River community. The ambience is peaceful with nice sidewalks and xeriscaped areas for everyone, including furry friends, to enjoy! The units are remodeled, clean and modern. The residents have all been very welcoming and friendly. The gym and entertainment areas are also amazing. It’s really an amazing place to live.
