There are pros and cons of living here. Some cons include regular water shutoffs for repairs. But generally the staff is nice and responsive.

As an average nice place to live. It's a coinvent location, quite complex, and fairly well maintaiined.
However there is a lot of water shut downs, some ver lenghy.

Love the spot, great location that is close to city life while also being within arms reach of nature! Food, walkability, and I love the floor plan I got (1bd 1ba with the den)
Move in was smooth with just a few bumps in the road, but its all just personal pet peeves.

The staff and maintenance are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy living at Fountain Plaza. The apartments are in a great location that's close to shopping, restaurants and medical services.. Hey are reasonably priced, within the market.
