Beautiful place to call home

I love living here. 4 years we’ve been here. No problems no issues. Maintenance concerns, addressed in a timely manner… they are friendly and professional the office staff are wonderful always having gatherings and events to join. We have yet to participate minus the Xmas contest but they always have so much more through out the year. It’s a great place to call home …

Don't waste your money

I have never been so disappointed in the customer service I received as a tenant. After dealing with lack of communication, a mold problem that was never properly resolved, and receiving a $320 cleaning bill when they already took my deposit, let alone 3 months after I moved out, I would NEVER recommend anyone to move into any of their properties.

Magnanimous Customer Service

Our last apt had a major A/C issue during summer. They offered a fully furnished apt for us to be comfortable in while they repaired the A/C. Alison is a wonderful Asst Manager and has never failed us once.
We are in a bigger apt now and we still love this complex. Nice neighbors and extremely pet friendly.

I will continue to recommend Edgewood Apts to my friends and family.

Before I moved to Edgewood I lived in a really bad apartment complex on east speedway.M e and my son happened to walk by the Place at Edgewood on north Harrison and decided to take a tour and fell in love with the place Allison is a great assistant manager its cause of her and the other staff I rented.the apartments are clean and the grounds arenice and clean the property makes me fell saf . They excepted my dogs one is a labpit mix the other is a Shepard mix .the pools are beautiful and clean... I would recommend Edgewood to anyone who is looking for a place to live my son and daughter in law moved in to.to all you who want a safe clean beautiful place to live come see the staff at Edgewood

Edgewood apartment #14201

Me my boyfriend and daughter moved her about 5 months ago. We love it here our old apartments everyone was always outside loud music we couldn't even walk up our stairs with out anyone sitting on them in the middle of the night all you can here is fighting parties and random people everywhere. Here the people are friendly they have a gym and two great pool which we enjoy because the pools were always closed because of vandalism or just to crowded with people who didnt live there. No loud music... here everyone is respectful. It's a little expensive here but we have a washer and dryer in our 1 bed room which helps a lot when you have a baby and a boyfriend who go through a lot of clothes every day. Plus a 25 he gym and 2 clean pools. I lost my job a couple weeks ago so it's been a struggle to be able to pay rent, a car payment, utilities, groceries and necessities. I dont win much things but This would be a great help and we would be more then greatful to be able to win something as big and amazing as this.
