Everyone has been great. Staff is helpful and responsive. My immediate neighbors are cool. It would be great if there was more visitor parking but otherwise I have no complaints.

Nice. Much quieter than expected. Pleasant but not engaging neighbors. Mostly "hello" folks. I have met 4 in 3 weeks. And just "hello".
Maintenance issues addressed within hours not days.

Nice place to live quiet most of the time Only complaint is the clean up around here. And the hot water being turned off in the laundry rooms it’s funny how you head maintenance guy figured it out so quickly that hot water wasn’t going to the machines only saying. But all in all a nice place to live
