Great for what you pay for.
Pros:
- Very nice staff and management
- Gated parking lot; always have parking
- Rentable-ish on a single person's full time salary
Cons:
- Some rooms not fully renovated yet and thus lacking a stove
- Most rooms cannot have wifi, I had to use a hotspot
- Windows let all noise in
Listen. It's cheap for a studio, so don't expect luxury here. For what it is, it's nice. This place used to be a motel, so imagine that sort of layout for the inside. A lot of kids live here and so do Disney and... Knotts employees.
Whenever there was a problem the front desk was quick to send maintenance to fix it. When I had to break my lease and move out early they were very nice about it, helped me out, and I even got my deposit back!(Note I also left the place pretty clean, so results may vary for you).
Some studios have a full kitchen, some don't. Mine did not and I had to buy a hotplate but that didn't bother me. However if you love to cook then you should pay extra for a renovated space. For the price, it's pretty good. Thick walls too, so I didn't hear my neighbors, but the main window was noisy.
Have I lived in better-looking apartments before? Sure, but I also had roommates. If you're single and want an apartment without roommates, this place is perfectly-sized for that! Plenty of room for one person, cozy enough for two.
