Love Khalesa hard work and dedication.

I want everyone to know that I met Khalesa when I moved into my apartment back in April 2023. Khalesa has been more than helpful with any situation that has arise. She is the number one asset for my complex and for all tenants that live here. I would SNAG HER IN A HEARTBEAT to work for my company as she is a SOLID PERSON inside and out!

Amazing Staff

Nice property, conveniently located near shopping center and the freeway. I had the opportunity to tour with Tonnie, who made me feel right at home. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I can tell she cares about the tenants and I appreciate that!

Great property

I thoroughly appreciate Tonnie and her staff here. They are all so kind, sweet and they care about the tenants needs etc … the property is well groomed and always together. It’s quiet and a safe place to reside…I highly recommend this property!

Happy to be living at Waterview Apts

We applied and were set to move on the very next day. Khalesa was very kind and helpful in assisting us through the process. Our apartment is very big and has a view of the Carquinez straight. We're very pleased!
