Great place, amazing staff

My family & I really love it here. The location is great, the setting is always clean, and the staff is very solid. Special shotout to Shannon who always greets us with a smile, super helpful, & gets things taken care of whenever we've had an issue.

Absolutely Love it here!

I absolutely love living at La Valencia! Location is amazing and the neighbors are great

The staff in the office, especially Omar has been so kind to me and my family and has always been willing to help and go the extra mile for us. My kids have made friends here and they love the pool! Thank you La Valencia!

Thank you La Valencia

La Valencia is a very nice apartment complex, it is quiet, always remains in order and clean. I lived here for more than a year and a half, spoke with many advisors and managers, and I can say that Omar is the kindest, most efficient and diligent employee. I do recommend La Valencia!

Great Community

Omar helped me tremendously. He went above and beyond for our move in. I love the community, it’s right across the park and centrally located! Very easy to get to any place from here. Definitely recommend this place!
