I've been living here very happily for 13 years! The grounds are immaculately kept, maintenance is exemplary and the on-site manager, Evelyn, is excellent! She is the key that makes this place the best!
I've been living in apartments most of my life and this is by far my favorite place I've ever lived!

The Mountain View Apartments is the place to move .
Management and Maintenance is responsible, attentive and personable. They exceeded my expectations.My Unit was remodeled and is so beautiful. Great Location close to Shopping , Freeway , Amtrak, Hiking Trails and Starbucks !!!. I also really love the Mountain View. My experience has been amazing and it feels like home.

My partner and I stayed here for a little over a year. The location is great. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and there are grocery stores nearby. The manager, Evelyn, is very friendly and understanding. She provides sufficient notice of any area being done around the apartment. She also provides timely communication regarding any issues you may have. We were lucky to find Mountain View when we did and enjoyed our time here.

This is a very clean, Pet friendly building. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment manager is very friendly, fantastic to work with, if there are any issues. In my time there I only had one issue that was addressed in a very timely manner. ( within 10minutes.) She is the most amazing manager I have ever worked with in rental property. The compassion and support is the best in the valley. When there is anything happening at the complex (water off and etc) you always get a 24... hour notice and the manager takes it upon herself to send a notification via text a few days in advance to notify you of the day. Amazing group.

I was able to secure a nice large 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment very quickly. Plenty of space, nicely maintained, central air and they put a water line in for my refrigerator ice-maker. The manager is very pleasant and stays on top of problem tenants. A very well run establishment. They try to work with you and are very customer service oriented. I highly recommend Mountain View Manor Apartments.
