How Is This Rating Determined?

Not good, no great.

I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years now. The apartments are average size for the area and they are clean, no bugs. They have central air but if your neighbor smokes it will come through your vent. The pool is nice but crowded on the weekends and it is almost impossible to find empty parking that is not assigned in the evening. All and all it's pretty quite but not much for kids to do.
