Not very safe

I wish I did more research before moving there. I did not think much when they didn’t do any thorough background check. Just do more research who lives there.

Not worth your money

Homeless sleeping in the parking spots, uncontrollable roach problem, so much noise, doesn’t come with a microwave, oven is too small to fit standard cookie trays, smelled like weed and paint when we moved in, fireworks and people doing donuts in the front intersection 1-3x a week… need I say more? You can find way better units all within a mile, do that.

Ok, if you're OK with roaches

Responsive management, good upkeep of grounds and facilities. But roaches are out of control despite pest management efforts, no monitoring of pool so it's like a noisy public pool, the walls are thin, and the parking is not secure and neighborhood is a little unsafe(say goodbye to your catalytic converter).

Terrible apartments

I moved in last year and I had a smooth move in experience. The girls at the leasing office seemed nice. Every month after that this apartment complex got worse and worse. A lot of people that didn’t live in that complex would come and walk around and try to break into cars... fights would take place in the parking lot. The apartment is near a canal and a lot of people jump over the brick wall back and forth to hang out at the canal, play loud music, fight, and start problems. We even had a... homeless man move in right behind our apartments. It became so bad that there would be trash everywhere, police would come often because of how loud him and his friends were. The leasing office did nothing about it. They couldn’t do nothing about it because it wasn’t on their property but people who lived in the apartments would associate with this man and start a lot of fights with him. The trash buildup became so bad we started getting rats on our roof, they would run around and we couldn’t even sleep at night from how loud they were, the leasing office said they could do nothing about it because they weren’t actually in our apartment... the apartment rooms themselves are so small which didn’t seem like a problem at all until we noticed that the walls are so thin you could hear every movement and conversation our neighbors had. Because of how thin the walls are we had gotten a noise complaint from just casually talking in the kitchen... overall what seemed like a good experience to begin with turned into a compete disappointing place to live. Moving out was also a terrible experience, the apartment changed to new management and any questions I asked about moving out I was answered with attitude or someone didn’t know the answer to what I needed.. As soon as we moved out they completely painted the apartments complex which may look nice from the outside but is a complete mess. I would highly recommend to live elsewhere since the people at these apartments did nothing to help our experience better.

worst management change

I lived here twice, once in a one bed (under old management) and the second time in a studio. The first time was fine and when I came back expecting the same experience I was greatly disappointed. The cockroach problem is terrible, I tried multiple times to find a solution for the infestation and not once did I see the service tech that “sprayed” my unit, even took a day off and requested them to leave a note or door sign saying a service was provided but they never did. Took them three MONTHS... to do anything about the laundromat that was completely shut down, which they continued to say “wasn’t their fault”, and did nothing to help. Luckily I had a close family member’s house to do my laundry in at this time but it was quite a hassle to do so. The parking agreement in the lease was very hypocritical, some tenants were allowed to leave a covered vehicle in spots and never moved it in the year I was there but when my car broke down for a month I heard about it non stop, even after talking with management on trying to find a better solution they still posted stickers on it that were impossible to remove and harassed me to get rid of the car. They claimed you can’t store a vehicle per the lease, yet someone was, in a covered spot(that aren’t assigned). It also says in the lease that parking backwards is prohibited too but they like to pick and choose what is a legitimate issue, which I brought up and was told that they have to prioritize certain things in the lease. They also charged for carpet damage and refused to talk to me after a few exchanges. The damage wasn’t mine, there were no visible top stains and my bed covered 90% of the floor inside because their studios are TINY 300 sq ft. They tore up the carpet for no reason and found 1 stain underneath. How could I stain it if my bed is over the top of it? Management refused to see any reasoning and proceeded to charge me for it. They are greedy and the prices they put on now are outrageous for the area and the small units that they have, homeless continuously roam the area, tenants are not the greatest either. There were multiple drug addicts hanging out in the parking lot, people fighting in their apartments, loud music, children playing late at night. Extremely ghetto, PLEASE save your money and look elsewhere.
