Do not live here

Unless bug infestation, horrible (zero) customer service, sarcastic attitudes by the front office staff when approached with a question mixed with no desire to even attempt to pretend that they care about the residents (the list goes on and on) is what you’re looking for, then avoid this complex at all costs. My son has attempted several times to get someone to come treat the bugs in our place and not only has nothing been done but we don’t even get a response at all. We currently have spiders... and termites (lots of them!) inside the apartment and have been told after many phone calls that it “will be handled” yet
Nothing is ever done and they’re annoyed by any phone call asking for status. If you already reside here, good luck.

Look elsewhere

Lived here for 12 months and have got 2 more to go. Can't wait to move out of this place due to management which has turned over 3 times since signing the lease. Don't let the landscaping fool you - that's where all your $$$ will go to. Not to better the safety situation or to pay emergency maintenance workers to come during emergencies but to fix the landscaping and amenities where leasing office gives unsuspecting prospective tenants tours. Bums have slept in my parking spot, have parked their... carts in my parking spot, yet received a newsletter from the leasing office to not let suspicious people follow us into the complex. How about using that landscaping money to put up a security gate or actually hire security to come by on a regular basis and actually do something about suspicious activity like obvious drug deals and people breaking glass by the pool area after hours?? We have lived here for 12 months without issue and now Blair the community manager seems to be nitpicking at our property, particularly our patio. When my roommate and I signed the lease we were told anything goes on the patio except for hanging tapestry and having charcoal grills. Easy right? NOT. Apparently we cannot have some outdoor furniture and accessories on the property we pay monthly for because it's up to the leasing office's "discretion" about whether something looks nice and can stay outside. Every time we try to resolve an issue of theirs we call several times and leave voicemails and no answer. This place is only good if you are looking to not have any freedom with personalizing your space and even then i think anyone can do better for the price this place is charging people.

I could go on and on. Simply put, you have been warned.

Terrible Resident Service - NO GUEST PARKING

I lived in this complex for a little over a year (13 month lease) and was very disappointed in the leasing office staff. If you use email to communicate like most of the modern world, do not expect a response from anyone within a week. Oh and do not expect to be called back either. My apartment was very nice and the maintenance staff was great but there is zero communication. On top of that, there is absolutely NOWHERE for guests to park. If you plan on using more than your one or two allotted... spaces, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They do not monitor parking so residents who have multiple vehicles find a guest spot and leave their cars there for months on end. The parking on the street is full by 2pm and there are no other options unless you want to drive to a random neighborhood, park your car, then uber back to the complex (which I have had to do if anyone stays the night). Before I moved out, I also noticed they were painting over the guest spots to rent those spaces to other tenants so it is only going to get worse! I do not recommend this place. I have lived in 6 different complexes in orange county in 10 years and this was not a good experience.
