Great Location

The location is great close to everything, freeways, shopping & dining. I never have a parking issue. Employees at the leasing office could be a bit more accomodating and courteous. Overall is a good place to live.

They tow cars!!!

Do not move in here if you want your car broken into, it's a big issue here! And they will tow your guests cars right from your parking space! This is ridiculous, I've never lived in a place where you are not allowed to have friends or family park in your spot. They will tow them overnight! This place sucks! Not worth it for what you pay, everyone is correct about the out dates appliances and horrible plumbing!

Many Problems

We love the area, the pool, the quietness, and the size of the apt. Our major problem is in our 7 months here our car was broken into twice and one time they shattered the window to do it. Also our car got towed from inside the gates with a sticker. We are going to try to terminate our lease, but according to other reviews, this may pose as difficult. There is not enough parking spaces in the gates for how many stickers there are and residents cant park in the front guest parking so this is a... problem. There is an occational roach/waterbug but only if the slider is left open and there is trash or dirty dishes inside. With all the break ins and towing, we have ended up paying for something ($100-$300) in losses each month. So 4 of the 7 months here the amount this apt has costed us, we could move to a nicer place with more parking, security, and cleaner. Wish me luck on breaking my lease!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This is the absolute worst place to live. The day after we moved in we saw cockroaches. They sprayed twice in one month, and they were still an issue. We also had termites coming out of the baseboards. When we reported this, they told us we were making it up, even though we sent them pictures. They then said that the spraying they did for roaches had disturbed the termites.

After a few weeks of dealing with weird smells, roaches, and no normal temperature water (it's either freezing or...
boiling), we put in a request to terminate our lease. The front office ladies treated us like we were making everything up, they told us that every place has problems and that we wouldn't be able to break the lease. Even though the lease said we could if they found someone else to take it over. They refused to work with us, until about a month had passed, and they told us they'd put up the apartment for rent. We told them we wanted to move out at the beginning of Nov, they listed the place as being available in Dec, forcing us to live there yet another month.

All the while, they were unresponsive when we had questions and would always deflect, saying that only the property manager could make decisions. The property manager was only one site 2 days of the week. We made repeated appointments, called, missed work to meet him, and he was never available when they said he would be. He was always at lunch or too busy to take our call.

Living here and dealing with the management was an utter nightmare. They were rude and never once offered a solution.

They also took $120 out of our deposit for cleaning the apartment after we left - we only lived there a total of 2.5 months AND we cleaned everything before we moved out (have pictures), so I don't know what was worth $120 of anyone's time. They also charge for carpet cleaning. Basically, don't expect to get your deposit back.

Very dirty.

The community is in a good area. It’s close to everything. But I give them 1 star because the pool, outside, and gym situation is horrible. They say they clean the area. But they dont. Before renting, please MAKE SURE to check the BBQ area to see what I’m talking about. It’s full of ants and one different kind of insects, they are very small and in your kitchen.
