POOR EXPERIENCE
Firstly,BURGLARY, you can't imagine that such a problem could occur in an expensive rental apartment, the resident's safety doesn't seem to be important to them, and even after you pursue the responsibility and seek help from the apartment, they will just casually stonewall you and emphasize it many times over:
"It's not my responsibility".
Multiple instances of inaction by the apartment's service can be chilling, as well as sky-high bills resulting from charges that were intentionally hidden... from tenants. Multiple/complicated charges will come at you like crazy like rain, and a lot of the services they promise you won't receive (including but not limited to Valet Trash, Move out reminders, etc) will undoubtedly leave the tenant feeling very disgruntled.
If you seek a good stay, then you should avoid this apartment and RUN!
