This apartment is not even worth living in for free. Maintenance and Steven are the only good representatives of the apartment. Management gets changed weekly/biweekly. If you enjoy the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke filling the entire apartment this is the right apartment for you! Apartments are old and dusty, I dust weekly and manage to have dust in the apartment. Parking spots are covered in dirt and run down. The only reason that they had occupants was because it is located near CSUF... .
Our apartment flooded and they moved us to a new apartment and only paid $300 for moving costs. Movers cost $150+ per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Although I lost countless of hours moving, working, and living in hotels I still didn't bother them for restitution. My bed had to be replaced due to the water damage. I tried reasoning with management regarding our living situation and they wouldn't budge. We are filing a lawsuit and will recoup lost wages/damages.
Every low review is accurate about Sturbridge Village. If you look at their page, they have over 10 apartments available. Everyone is moving out because CSUF is closed.
