Love living here I moved in December of 2020. I lived in the original ALC prior for several months. I glad my wife talked me into the move. The apartment is spacious. It has high ceilings and a huge island. We love the open floor plan and location. Our dogs love it too. The appliances and finishings are top notch. It is truly a pleasure to come home.

Poor Quality Building and Location - Don't Pay a Premium

Even though the building is brand new, we've been locked out of the building on multiple occasions when the building lock, garage gate, and fire alarm systems break (almost monthly) and had to climb walls and fences to get back inside.

While there are more dogs than children in the complex; this is no longer a pet-friendly community; all of the grass has been removed since we moved in and the nearby 'dog park' their leasing agents mention is on-leash only and contains many plants and trees...
which are toxic to dogs. They are still charging a full $50 per pet per month fee though.

No parking is allowed outside the parking garage anywhere within the neighborhood due to local HOA rules; so if you have a second car or guests they are walking several thousand feet back to their car.

The countertops in the kitchen are not properly sealed and everything stains them (dishwater, pans, fruit juice, etc) requiring lots of expensive cleaners and scrubbing to keep looking presentable.

The electrical and data wiring is poorly designed and not completely finished; I had to buy the tools and punch down my own cable outlets because maintenance didn't know how and the tech from the only allowed ISP (Cox) refused to do it. The fiber drop is behind a fire-safety wall in our master bedroom closet and WiFi performance is very poor without an expensive mesh setup.

Great apartment

Recently moved in and I love it. Everything is new. Great apartment, great community, and excellent staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that you feel at home. Underground parking and electric charging stations are a plus. Very pet friendly. Grounds are very well kept as well. Happy here.

Wow

This apartment is beautiful, all brand new, and the commnity has so many amenities that we can use except for the gym (d/t COVID), with beautiful grounds upkeep, an easily accessible nature walk (great for dog owners) and the best leasing staff you will have the pleasure to meet! Covered parking and electric car charging are a huge plus and even street parking is easy! Andy and Peter are amazing and super friendly making everything seamless from inquiry even after move-in. The community is close... to everything and makes it easier for us to explore the area without being too far from downtown!

You have to come look at it!

We love our new home!
We were one of the first tenants to move in a couple of months ago and the building is filling up fast so I highly recommend you hurry up if you want a spot in this space. Come see for yourself, the amenities are gorgeous: the indoor patio and other common areas are stylish and so fun to hangout. Units are modern, sleek design and the high-quality brand new appliances are a huge bonus. It’s dog friendly and all our neighbors so far are great, friendly and polite. One of...
the best part of this place is that there is always, literally ALWAYS, someone in the office from either the leasing, management or maintenance teams on site ready to help. Andy & Peter at the leasing office are super responsive and really helpful with any questions you may have. We are new to the area and my wife is foreign so it’s been great having someone I can text, call or email any time about markets, shops, transportation or events for example and get a clear and thorough response within minutes.

For example, there was a fire alarm on the second floor the other day around 10 pm in an empty unit, I called the ‘emergency outside of business hours’ phone line and authorities were contacted, and the issue of the false alarm was resolved within 20 min of my call.

All in, the service from not only the leasing office but the entire building’s team is amazing. If you’re like me and hate taking the trash out, the valet service will pick up your trash at your door every night! That’s a luxury that none of the other buildings I was originally looking at in the area offer.
