ridiculously rude manager

The manager staff with no costumer services skills apartment worst places to live here!!!!! Maintenance needs lots of work

New Management Is Awesome

I’ve been a resident here for about 5 years the community is in a great location and the community looks amazing. When I see all these bad reviews it’s really sad because I first hand have seen the management team here go above and beyond for residents. They are always helpful, nice, up beat with great attitudes. Breanne is hands down the best manager this property has had. Gerald is also new but his energy is great he’s always walking around smiling talking to everybody helping kids with ... homework questions. Making sure they are playing safe and not being too loud. Parking was extremely bad here for so long so many people were breaking the rules and I can gladly say Gerald has been on top of it and it is getting way better day by day. Diane Works in the front office and is always a breathe of fresh air she’s an angel. People always complain when things don’t go there way but no one gives positive feedback when they actually do a good job. I lived here 5 years and have never had a pest issue outside of seasonal ants and spiders which they gladly treat at no cost to me. I absolutely love the new management staff here and I pray arnel leaves them here because the property is only getting better with such a strong and loving team. Don’t be fooled by bad reviews come and see for yourself I’m sure you’ll love the staff just as I do.

Horrible - Smoking in the house - can you live here?

This property management company is HORRIBLE and if I had known better would have never moved to this apartment complex.

Someone is smoking downstairs but they don't do anything here

If you are a non smoker, this is not your apartment you want to move in.

I don't even have a chance to complain about bugs and mice in this property because the smoking in the room is the worst situation I never have a problem in my life.

Think one more time before the you sign the contract.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

EVEN THOUGH THIS SITE SAYS THERE ARE MANY UNITS AVAILABLE AS SOON AS I WALKED INTO THEIR OFFICE I WAS TOLD THERE ARE NO APARTMENTS FOR RENT. I REQUESTED INFORMATION ON WHEN WILL THEY HAVE AVAILABLE UNITS AND THE ONLY THING OUT OF THE PERSONS MOUTH WAS "NO APARTMENTS FOR RENT"

Cockroach infestation

This is the most dirty disgusting apartment complex . Not only is our apartment infested with them but everyone we speak to in the complex . At night walking down the sidewalks they are all over . The management staff are the ridiculously rude with no customer service skills . The majority of the tenants are involved in the birth tourism organized crime business .
