No management
SO many management issues. They are slow to fix every single issue and in order to get them fixed you have to email multiple times (sometimes with pictures and recordings) and go meet with them face to face and act 'stern' in order for them to take anything seriously.
Issues range from no hot water (which took weeks to fully fix) to them hosting 'events' and leaving food/wine glasses out in shared spaces instead of cleaning them (welcoming rats to the fancy TV room they show you on tours) to... barking dogs being locked on balconies starting at 5 AM.
It's super unpleasant to feel like you have to argue with management in order for them to understand that you're not making up a situation/problem.
