A Hidden Gem in Los Altos!
We stayed in Springwood for three years (2021-2024) and welcomed both our babies while staying there. Through this family phase, Springwood provided us with the best of the living experience. One of Springwood's greatest strengths is its prime location. It's right off of highways 280 and 85, providing quick and easy access to the rest of the Bay Area. Underground parking and elevator access made our lives super easy since we could seamlessly bring the stroller right up to our apartment without... any difficulty. One of our favorite things at Springwood was the adjoining shopping center that has a special access gate for the apartment community - the shopping center has Trader Joes, Foothills Produce, Starbucks, Peet's, Rite Aid and many other stores that made living in Springwood convenient and fun.
Springwood prioritizes resident safety - there is overnight patrolling that made us feel very safe. There is ample guest parking that made the visits for our guests quite convenient. The leasing office staff is professional, friendly, and responsive. We particularly loved Ron's warm and welcoming demeanor in the leasing office - he supported us from our first visit to tour the apartments to our move out day. Every other Saturday the leasing office hosts the community at the clubhouse with juices and snacks etc. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, our microwave was swiftly replaced when it conked one day. We didn't need access to the public schools but Springwood is associated with some of the best rated schools in the bay area.
