Not bad
The area is great. Close to pretty much everything you need. The building is pet friendly, and the other tenants are friendly, which is really nice because it is such a small building. One huge drawback is that in this small building, they rent at least one room out like a hotel room (we learned that the unit right above us was a "hotel room" about 18 months into our lease). They advertise secure entry, but it isn't really all that secure because random people are in and out daily, weekly, or... monthly depending on why they're in town. The units are nice enough, beware the shag carpet though. We're moving because we can't stand the noise upstairs. But if you happen to get a unit with normal tenants around you, this building is a nice place too call home.
