Luxury Apartment

Just signed a lease with Orion Housing! The leasing agents were great and answered every question I had. They had cute floor plans that my friends and I were able to easily pick our rooms. Looking forward to moving in!

Professional and Responsive Management

Orion has an excellent management team. I've lived in one of their properties for 2 years and haven't had any issues. Their online portal makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests super easy. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to respond to issues. Orion is always my first recommendation to family and friends looking for housing.

Great Property Management Company

Orion Housing has a great process for making leasing and moving in smoothly. I have been with them for 2 years and the maintenance and management inquiries I had were taken care of ASAP. This is one of the better management companies in the Los Angeles County area.
